How It Works
1. Assess
Rate your current state across the Four Pillars and their 25 subcategories. The questions are straightforward and take about 15 minutes.
2. Calculate
The app applies vector mathematics to find the shortest path from your current state to your desired state, weighted by where you have the most room to move.
3. Act
Your 6-page personalized report shows which areas to focus on first and gives specific task suggestions for each category — a starting point, not a prescription.
"The app will calculate the shortest mathematical path from where you are to where you want to be. This is a starting point for reflection, not a prescription. The wisest path for your life may not be the most mathematically efficient one. Use the results as a map, not as instructions."
The app accompanies The Happiness Operating System: A User Manual for Life by John G. Ryan.
If you haven't read the book, the assessment will still work — but the book will help you understand and apply the results more deeply.
